Completed August 2022. Renovation of a Victorian home in Clontarf. The house was refurbished with a contemporary interior scheme respectful to its original character, along with energy performance upgrades suitable for period homes. The works included removal of unsympathetic unoriginal fixtures and finishes, and careful repairs and refurbishment of original plasterwork, floors, staircase & windows to pair the house back to its essentials.

We worked closely with the client from the outset of the project to come up with an interiors scheme that reflected their particular tastes and aspirations for the house.

This includes a contemporary lighting scheme, bespoke wardrobes,  new cast-iron radiators, Italian floor tiles, carpets, curtains, ironmongery, and a bold colour palette with painted finishes extending across walls, ceilings and joinery within the rooms of the period home to give it a contemporary uplift and celebrate the Victorian proportions.
