The Clinic Recording Studios is located in a traditional Dublin laneway comprising small residential cottages & light industrial buildings.

The existing warehouse was reimagined to accommodate the complex operations of a recording studio including live & control rooms, breakout spaces, bespoke storage solutions, and dining & shower facilities for late-night sessions.  

The studio rooms, coordinated with audio specialists Smart Studios, are imagined as a black box. Their placement within the volume of the original warehouse creates generous lounge & meeting spaces.

The modest presence to the street contrasts the confident internal colour & material palette which informed the brand identity.
