Contemporary office renovation and restoration in a Georgian building in the heart of Dublin 2

Maremoto were requested by our clients to renovate and restore a Georgian building in Dublin 2 for use as their new corporate headquarters.

We worked closely with them to create a contemporary light touch interiors scheme that highlighted the existing period features of the building while contrasting with new contemporary finishes including lighting, joinery, carpets, bathroom tiles and sanitaryware.

Our services on the project  included conservation consultancy in relation to restoration of the building's original features including the entrance hall's flagstone floor, exterior granite steps, and historic ironmongery on the facade.
