We have offered architectural services to Vice for each of their restaurant fit-outs at Merrion Street, Phibsboro and Dundrum Town Centre.
Our work with Vice started with their first location in 2021, with the transformation of an existing restaurant unit over ground and basement levels in a Protected Structure in a Georgian terrace dating to 1830 in central Dublin, into a contemporary addition to the Dublin food scene.
The brand has followed an impressive journey since then, expanding to 3 venues in its first 5 years, opening its latest restaurant at Dundrum Town Centre in 2026.
We have worked with our clients and their brand and interior designer Jordan Ralph to bring these projects to life, and ensure compliance with planning, fire & dac certification, and building regulations during project planning & construction supervision.
